Exact Prague office became the Regional Center of Excellence for the countries in Central and Eastern Europe

The company Exact founded its new regional center for professional support in Prague-Vaclav Urban became General Manager.

The newly created center in Prague will care for its customers in Central and Eastern Europe and will offer customer care and customer support services, consulting services, and coordinated activities in the fields of sales and marketing.

The regional "Centre of Excellence" is an expression of the strong position of the region within the entire corporate group Exact and builds on the success of the model of the Central European cluster, which was created in 2008. The Prague regional center of Exact will be in charge of the company activities in the existing countries in the cluster - Czech, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, as well as in the newly added Russian Federation. Vaclav Urban, the current director of the Central European cluster, became the General Manager of the new regional center of Exact. The center will have 30 employees dedicated to serve about 400 Exact customers across Central and Eastern Europe.

The priority of Exact, even in the future, will be to maintain the continuous and reliable level of service for all its product lines and professional solutions throughout the region. The creation of the center primarily brings customers optimized procedures in the region and a more effective sharing of knowledge.
