Rohde & Schwarz has successfully closed fiscal year 2014/2015. Order income was 6.1 percent higher than in the previous year, with revenue up 4.1 percent. With its advanced technologies and trailblazing products, the electronics group was able to maintain its leading market position. Business development focused on test and measurement and secure communications. In addition, the group substantially expanded its cybersecurity activities.
In the 2014/15 fiscal year (July to June), Rohde & Schwarz increased its order income to more than EUR 1.9 billion and generated approx. EUR 1.83 billion in revenue. At the end of the fiscal year, the company had around 9,900 employees, as compared with 9,800 a year earlier.
