Prague August 22th (PROTEXT) - As of August 1st, 2012 the company PST CLC, a.s. had changed the ownership structure and the foreign investor Mitsui-Soko had become the sole shareholder of PST CLC, Inc. The new shareholder is interested in further development of the company as the fusion significantly enlarges the portfolio of products already now. All identifying marks of the company are maintained the same. The only changes within the company have occurred in the statutory bodies, where the structure of the current Board of Directors is accompanied by one representative of Mitsui-Soko. The former shareholder Miroslav Bradna is remaining in the statutory body as the Vice-chairman of the Board. Business continuity and management of the company is guaranteed by the fact that the management of the company remains the same.
