FRANKFURT, Germany (PROTEXT/ots) 29.1.2004 - The SupervisoryBoard and Executive Board of Fraport AG (FSE: FRA) have agreedto recommend an increase in dividend payments to 44 euro centsper share at the company's annual general meeting (AGM) on June2 in Frankfurt-Höchst.
At the time of Fraport's initial public offering (IPO) inJune 2001, the company had already announced that shareholderswould share reasonably in the company's success. Fraport AG'sexecutive board chairman, Dr. Wilhelm Bender, says: "The Fraportshare offers substantial value and, along with this, a veryinteresting dividend yield."
The company's annual results for fiscal year 2003 will bepublished on March 30.
