Immigration and EU Conference

Prague 11 March (PROTEXT) - The Centre for Middle Eastern Studies (CMES) atthe Metropolitan University Prague (MUP) extends an invitation toparticipate in our annual conference Immigration and the EU held onSaturday, 15 March 2008 at 9.30. The venue of the conference is theMetropolitan University Prague, Prokopova 16/100, Prague 3, Zizkov.
This year's theme, Immigration and the EU: Focus on Middle Eastern andNorth African Migration promises to provide scholars, students, and theinterested public with insightful analyses of European, Middle Eastern andinternational approaches to contemporary immigration. The panels have beenconstructed to tackle this issue from theoretical and practicalperspectives.
This action is part of the regional campaign "1001 Actions for Dialogue"launched by the Anna Lindh Foundation the Dialogue between Cultures for theenhancement of peaceful coexistence and intercultural dialogue in theEuro-Mediterranean area. The action was generated with the financialsupport of the Anna Lindh Foundation.
